Instructions for acting in case  of necessety for the medical expanses in the countries which are the members of the European Union:

In case of sudden death or an accedent one should go to the nearest hospital and immediatly GIVE TO SURVEYANCE THE INSURANCE POLICY.In that case there won't be the direct paymant for the expanses.

If some of the medical expanses are paid from the personal accounts,one should take the diagnosis of a desease from the doctor and the original bill as a proof that it is paid.

Instructions for acting in cases of a necessarty for medical expanses in the countries outside the European Union:

In a case of a sudden death or an accedent one should go to the nearest hospital and take the diagnosis of the desease from the doctor and the original bill.If the insured is not in the situation to pay out the  medical expanses to the hospital (because they are too high),it is necessary that he requests the hospital to demand from the UNIQA a.d.o. in Belgade to immediately provide the medical report about the medical expanses ( the request for the guarantee of the compensation for the medical expanses ).UNIQA insurance is to respond immediately (the guarantee), and to pay after receiving the original bill and the instructions for payment.

If there were any other expanses related to the sudden illness or the  accedent ,the proofs, namely the bills must be provided  to confirm the expanses.

After the return to the country one should appeal to the UNIQA insurance and fill ,, The modul form for reporting about the expanses of the insurance for the treatment abroad''. Precisly fullfilled modul form and the medical documency (originals) and bills should be sent in a 7 days after the return to the country to the address:UNIQA a.d.o.
